We're seeking an experienced Bus Mechanic to join our team at Complete Coach Works. As a key member of our maintenance crew, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the safe operation of our vehicles and delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Determine malfunctioning systems or components using various diagnostic tools and techniques
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes and tire rotations, to prevent downtime and extend vehicle lifespan
- Analyze complex mechanical issues and develop effective repair strategies
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and maintain a clean, organized work environment
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license required; willingness to obtain CDL while employed – We train
- Minimum of 3 years of mechanical experience, substituting 1 year of related technical training for a year of experience
- Able to bring in personal tools and apply lubrication, cooling, exhaust, and air or hydraulic systems as needed
- Understand and carry out oral and written instructions, with ability to read job orders and observe vehicle operations
