The Maintenance Worker is responsible for keeping our facilities and equipment in great condition by performing various maintenance and repair jobs.

Essential Responsibilities
The Maintenance Worker, under the direction of the Facilities Supervisor, undertakes, upkeeps, and repairs the interior and exterior of a 15-acre facility. The Maintenance Worker is responsible for keeping our facilities and equipment in great condition by performing various maintenance and repair jobs.
Specific Responsibilities
- Troubleshoots, makes necessary repairs, and completes preventative maintenance and housekeeping practices for all related facilities equipment.
- Able to trouble-shoot and solve technical issues by following technical manuals and schematics.
- Ensures equipment is repaired in a timely manner.
- Performs maintenance and minor repairs to electrical, plumbing and/or HVAC.
- Performs routine landscaping on the grounds.
- Compiles records of completed maintenance and repair work.
- Perform other duties as required.
- Minimum 1-to-2-year experience of any repair field
- Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, or HVAC systems
- Basic understanding of measurements, addition, and subtraction
- Carry, pull, and push up to 50 pounds of dead weight
- Climb up and down a ladder
- Sit, stand, stoop, kneel, squat, crouch, and or crawl
- Twist or turn in confined spaces
