Pay Range: $19.50/hr to $24.50/hr depending on experience

Responsibilities
As an Administrative Coordinator, you will:
- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scheduling.
- Use QuickBooks to prepare reports and maintain accurate financial records.
- Create and maintain scorecards to track performance.
- Assist with sales coordination, supporting the sales team with scheduling, reporting, and customer follow-ups.
- Help prepare for weekly meetings by managing the agenda, creating slideshows, and taking notes.
- Interact with clients to provide excellent customer service, though you won't be the primary person making calls or scheduling appointments.
- Plan and coordinate company events such as Thanksgiving and Christmas meals, team retreats, and quarterly outings.
What We're Looking For
- Experience with QuickBooks is essential.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership of tasks.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
