What You'll Be Doing
- Assist in performing routine maintenance on residential HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Learn how to inspect, clean, and replace filters, coils, and other essential components.
- Support senior technicians in diagnosing and troubleshooting minor HVAC issues.
- Document maintenance tasks and communicate findings with customers and team members.
- Follow safety procedures and company guidelines while working on job sites.
- Participate in company-provided training to develop your technical skills and knowledge.
- 0-1 year of HVAC experience or relevant technical training.
- Willingness to learn and grow in the HVAC industry.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Great communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- EPA certification is a plus, but not required.
