Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by managing a designated territory and building strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2C sales, primarily through door to door canvassing.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve territory goals.
- Identify and target potential clients through door to door lead generation efforts.
- Conduct property inspections and identify damaged areas or areas of the home in need.
- Create estimates on site and properly convey to clients CCM operations.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
- Utilize CRM to track sales activities, manage customer relationships, and report on performance metrics.
- Provide technical sales support by demonstrating product features and benefits to clients.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials that resonate with target audiences.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2C sales, preferably within residential construction.
- Strong understanding of territory management principles and practices.
- Ability to use a ladder.
- Smart phone with camera capabilities.
- Familiarity with CRM tools for managing customer interactions.
- Demonstrated success in lead generation and converting prospects into loyal customers.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve results in a fast-paced environment.
- A background in construction sales is a plus but not required.
