Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by managing a designated territory and building strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2C sales, primarily through door to door canvassing.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve territory goals.
  • Identify and target potential clients through door to door lead generation efforts.
  • Conduct property inspections and identify damaged areas or areas of the home in need.
  • Create estimates on site and properly convey to clients CCM operations.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Utilize CRM to track sales activities, manage customer relationships, and report on performance metrics.
  • Provide technical sales support by demonstrating product features and benefits to clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials that resonate with target audiences.
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2C sales, preferably within residential construction.
  • Strong understanding of territory management principles and practices.
  • Ability to use a ladder.
  • Smart phone with camera capabilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools for managing customer interactions.
  • Demonstrated success in lead generation and converting prospects into loyal customers.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly.
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve results in a fast-paced environment.
  • A background in construction sales is a plus but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
