About the Position

Over the past 50 years, our client has expanded from a single-chair clinic to a network of 15 clinics offering comprehensive general and specialty dentistry across Wisconsin. Job Responsibilities
Provide leadership to the team, ensuring positive patient experiences.
Communicate with team members to promote an understanding of the patients’ needs.
Apply dental treatment modalities for the prevention of dental diseases.
Treat dental diseases.
Restore defective or decayed teeth.
Create restorations, crowns, bridges, or dentures.
Perform dental procedures in the oral cavity.
Perform surgical procedures on hard and soft tissue in and around the oral cavity.
Educate patients in oral and dental hygiene.
Manage cases presenting with out-of-the-ordinary dental health problems, including patients with behavioral issues.
Job Requirements
Graduated with a D.M.D. or D.D.S. from an accredited university.
Licensed in the state of Wisconsin, or eligible to be licensed in the state of Wisconsin.
Have completed a pediatric dentistry residency.
Upholds a positive and charismatic chairside manner.
Maintains a strong dedication and commitment to quality patient care.
Strongly values continuing education and personal development.
