Full Job Description
Complete Development, Inc. is a civil site development company founded in 1983 on Christian principles and values. As the Project Manager at CDI, your primary function is to create project proposals and secure new business by evaluating bid invitations and ensuring follow-through.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Complete comprehensive proposal packages that meet all specifications and adhere to all drawings and bid requirements.
- Consistently follow up with potential clients to secure projects on time.
- Assist in initiating new projects by performing all aspects of the bid process administration and providing support with managing plan copies.
- Will work with Field Operations and the accounting team to maintain set budgets and assist in Field Reporting/Monthly Billing.
Qualifications:
- Degree preferred but not required with proper experience.
- Advanced understanding of the scope for specific trades assigned (earthwork and underground utilities) Heavy Civil/ Sitework.
- Intermediate/Advanced understanding of Microsoft Office products with experience.
- Proficient with PlanSwift, Roctek Dirt Program, Adobe, and B2W.
- Familiarity with Civil Engineering practices.

- Monday to Friday

Projects primarily located in Hillsborough, Pasco, and Polk Counties with occasional work in Pinellas and Orange Counties.
