**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Purchasing & Logistics Coordinator to provide exceptional support to our sales team and customers. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, ability to quickly learn CRM software, and the ability to multitask with ease.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Monitor and respond to emails and phone calls in a timely manner, ensuring seamless communication with customers and sales staff.
* Provide support to sales staff and customers with sales inquiries, submitting necessary information to the sales team.
* Assist customers in completing credit applications for equipment purchases and submit required paperwork.
* Process vendor forms and new customer forms efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
* Prepare and manage documents related to rental equipment, equipment orders, and purchase orders.
* Coordinate sales and financing paperwork, payments, and follow-ups.
* Schedule freight and rollback services, create bill of ladings, and manage equipment tracking reports.
* Update equipment reports regularly, reflecting changes in interest rates, commissions, customer payments, and shipping dates.
* Maintain accurate records, including the used equipment tracker, and update costs based on recent repairs.
* Organize and file all paperwork in the office, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.
* Track equipment pay-offs and monthly payments accurately, generating commission reports for payroll.
* Assist in equipment audits every three months and perform full equipment inventory checks.
* Register new equipment inspections and warranties upon sale.
**Requirements:**
* Previous experience in sales coordination or a similar role is preferred.
* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is essential.
* Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment.
* Knowledge of equipment sales and financing processes is a plus.
* High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in sales or administration is a bonus.
