Business Development Data Analyst

SUMMARY OF JOB DUTIES:

The Business Development Data Analyst will support the Company's business development efforts and execution of search engagements by conducting research and collecting data to be used in client pitches, reports and target company and candidate lists, among other things.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Maintain and update the database of search assignments and distribute to internal stakeholders. Continuously work to improve the quality of the data in our system and the search functionality. This will include things like accurately identifying and adding assignment and practice attributes and building out organizational charts in individual company records. Use available technology resources and data-intelligence platforms to provide market information for new client pitches and to help guide the research strategy for search engagements. This includes creating target practice lists and necessary research to determine patient demographic.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• One to three plus years of experience in retained search, staffing/recruiting, or professional services.
• Experience in Healthcare preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM.
• Highly proficient in Excel.
• Experience in learning new databases and technology platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to be a data-focused problem solver with strong analytical skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to synthesize information and present a clear and concise strategy.
• Demonstrated ability to take direction as well as a willingness to seek clarity when needed and initiate original ideas.
