Summary :
As the Graphic Design & Marketing Specialist, you will support the organization by designing digital and print marketing materials. In addition to conceptualizing and creating designs, you will prepare files for print and digital production, liaising with vendors to order final products such as collateral and signage.
Responsibilities will also include creating and executing email campaigns and managing social media platforms by creating and scheduling posts to drive engagement and brand awareness.

All candidates must submit a portfolio showcasing their design work during the interview process.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS : Graphic Design : Conceptualize and design marketing materials, including collateral, social media graphics, presentations, website assets, and advertisements.Print Production Coordination : Prepare print-ready files and manage collateral ordering, such as flyers, signage, and branded promotional items. Work closely with vendors to ensure high-quality production.Social Media Management : Develop, schedule, and monitor engaging content for social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement.Email Marketing : Design and execute email campaigns to strengthen patient communication, foster engagement, and attract new patients.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in graphic design, marketing, communications, or related field.Minimum of 5 years experienceProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.Experience with motion graphics and video editing is a plus.
WORKING ENVIRONMENT
The position requires climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, lifting, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing, repetitive motions, and finger use. Pushing and pulling are occasionally required. Use of a computer, keyboard, and telephone along with various office machines is an essential part of the job.
