Job Description: We are seeking a full-time Outside Field Sales and Business Development Representative with a proven track record in sales and a passion for the oil and gas industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients, driving sales growth, and achieving sales targets. This role requires extensive travel within Wyoming and surrounding states, and potentially farther, with a company vehicle provided.
Requirements:
- Prior sales experience, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Self-motivated, outgoing, and results-oriented.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Wyoming, surrounding states, and potentially farther.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must pass a drug test.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the oil and gas industry.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Present and demonstrate our frac water heating solutions to potential customers.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals and contracts.
- Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure customer satisfaction.
Work Schedule:
- Full-time position with flexibility in hours to accommodate client needs.
- Travel required, primarily within Wyoming and surrounding states.
