Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Front Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our day to day operation, providing exceptional service to customers and co-workers. This position requires strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Answer the phone and provide excellent customer service..
- Write up service requests, estimate requests and other documents on Google Sheets or Excel.
- Schedule appointments and help maintain an organized calendar.
- Handle incoming calls, addressing inquiries and directing them to appropriate staff members.
- Scan and data entry in customer files.
- Assist with organizing daily material needs.
- Support administrative functions such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
- Room to grow into more responsibility and duties.
Skills
- Proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, Microsoft Excel and Word
- Must have patience and excellent communication skills.
- Must have valid driver's license.
- Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
