What are the responsibilities and job description for the Nurse Staffing Assistant Administrator position at Complete Home Care Services?
Our organization, Wayne Staffing is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Office Manager to join our team. We are a young nursing staffing business and we are looking for someone to build out the business in different nursing staffing verticals, including travel / international nursing. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with nurses as well as someone who can help nurses acclimate to the United States (when it comes to international nurses) the same way a travel agent guides their clients. The person will deal with coordination of the office, any paperwork that may be needed, contacting hospitals / other institutions, dealing with payroll, etc. This person will need lots of energy and is great with working with people.
This is an office setting, so prior experience in working in an office required. Previous experience in staffing is good but not required. The ability to speak more than language is a plus.
THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION. THIS POSITION WILL BE WORKING IN OUR BAYSIDE OFFICE.
The position will report in directly to the ownership group. There are no limits to what a driven candidate cannot achieve in the setting!
