POSITION DESCRIPTION | WEEKEND RN/LPN

Complete Home Health Care is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse and or LPN to work for a couple of hours in the evenings (5-7 pm) performing home health visits. This position is accountable for the coordination of in-home nursing care, including direct client care, patient/family education and transitions of care.

Minimum of one year RN/LPN experience (home health care experience a plus)

LICENSE OR CERTIFICATION:

Current Colorado Nursing License

Current CPR Training Card

Current Driver’s License
