Flexible scheduling-no “shift” work. Positions are available for full time, part time, & weekends. No experience in home Health Care? We will train! Learn to provide many levels of skilled nursing services to patients in their own home settings.
POSITION DESCRIPTION | Registered Nurse (RN)
This position is accountable for the coordination of in-home nursing care, including direct client care, patient/family education and transitions of care. Must evaluate client nursing needs and develop plans of care and goals appropriate to client assessment per physician orders. The RN will be accountable for planning, implementing, evaluating and communicating all phases of nursing care for assigned clients. Skill set must include delegation of additional disciplines of patient care to team members according to skill level, patient acuity, and plan of care. The RN must have a positive and flexible attitude. Participation in team meetings, case conferences and in-service education is required.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of one year RN experience (home health care experience a plus)
Background check required
LICENSE OR CERTIFICATION:
Current Colorado Nursing License
Current CPR Training Card
Current Driver’s License

Pay: $80,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
