Retail Customer Service Associate - Ashland, MA

We are looking for a Retail Customer Service Associate!

The ideal candidate is highly organized, a self-starter, who is energetic, and possesses strong

customer service and communication skills. This person must thrive in a fast paced, team

orientated environment. The right candidate will have the opportunity to expand their knowledge

and grow within the organization.

Essential responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

• Answer all incoming calls & emails, responds to inquiries, and schedules sales appointments
• Assist customers in showroom with appointment scheduling, product knowledge, and retail sales
• Resolve customer concerns / complaints using a professional approach.
• Perform office duties as needed
• Monday through Friday workweek (In Person, Ashland, MA)
