Complete Maintenance Company is a traveling commercial plumbing company covering the southeastern region and We are looking to add a new dispatcher onto our team!
We are looking for a hardworking, detail-oriented, problem solver who is interested in a hybrid schedule.
The starting pay for this position is $13 per hour.
The training for this position will be in person for three months ( ,-)
The schedule for this training period is as follows- Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 8am-5pm for three months ( ,-)
After the training period, a new hybrid schedule will be discussed with the hours ranging from 32-40 hours a week.

Job Summary:
1. Analyzes service request data provided by Vendor Representative either via phone or email.
2. Accepts or declines new work orders in a timely manner based on systematic analysis of data points as laid out in the shared dispatching guidelines. This may include the description of service, location of job, employee availability, pay rates, equipment & parts availability, licensing, and the company’s ability to adhere to the scheduling requirements of the customer.
3. Creates efficient routing options for all work orders assigning to employees based on multitude of variables including distance, availability, equipment and/or parts needs, licensing, on call schedules, technical proficiency, etc.
4. Routing and scheduling are optimized as needed based on system capacity and incoming data points.
5. Creates and communicates work schedule, along with routing information, to Complete Maintenance Company operations employees.
6. Provides logistical support in conjunction with the Region Manager and Technician to ensure the delivery of services, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the job in accordance with the commitments made to the customer.
7. Ensures customer supplied parts are delivered to the job site prior to return visit scheduling.
8. Maintains employee’s time off / availability log within operations serving as point of contact between Region Managers and Vendor’s Representative for the transmission of all schedule changes of an ongoing nature (i.e time off requests, vacations, and all other information which may affect scheduling decisions.)
9. Maintains the CRM software schedule ensuring all commitments are communicated effectively.
10. Follows up on schedule with employees to ensure delivery of service will take place within appropriate time frame.
11. Adjust and make note of all late visits within system
12. Schedules all approved quotes and ensures preparation has been properly made for proposed work completion.
13. Communicates with and transmits report to COO daily regarding marketing needs and overall schedule availability / capacity.
14. Must be able to take down information and preform data entry as needed
15. Must be able to Operate office operating dispatch system.
16. Provides information requested or ascertains who can best provide the information.
17. Understand how to operate GPS program, Company Dispatch Program, and online search programs.
18. Also, must understand how to send e mails with attachments, fill in forms correctly, etc.
