Job Description: Complete Management Solutions (CMS) is a provider of Workplace solutions. These services include office solutions, mailroom, and print services. As a Front Desk/Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, both in-person and over the phone. You will assist with personal mail services, packaging services, customer inquiries, and various mailroom tasks. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming and efficient environment, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and providing exceptional customer service that builds lasting relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
· Greet customers and assist with personal mail services, including shipping, receiving, and packaging needs.
· Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and provide accurate information about services offered.
· Coordinate with the mailroom to ensure any items needing attention are promptly brought to the front.
· Handle customer requests and special projects, ensuring a quick and efficient resolution.
· Organize and manage inventory related to packaging materials and mailroom supplies.
· Maintain a clean and organized customer service area.
· Proficient using office programs like Excel, Google Drive, Printers and Scanners.
· Provide excellent customer service with clients ensuring their needs are met.
· Foster a positive and professional relationship with all customers and team members.
· Contribute to the smooth flow of operations in the customer service office and mailroom.
Qualifications:
· Previous experience in customer service or a related role preferred.
· Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), Google Drive, and scanning equipment.
· Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility.
· Must be able to lift or move boxes and packages (up to 25 lbs).
