Front Desk Receptionist/Marketing Assistant for Progressive Acupuncture Clinic
Looking for a take-charge front desk receptionist who loves talking to people and is passionate about helping as many people as possible with alternative medicine/ Acupuncture. This is an exciting opportunity for a heart-centered person with a natural talent for marketing and sales to help an Acupuncture & Chinese medicine clinic with a big mission. Located in Edina.
Experience with holistic businesses (acupuncturists, chiropractors, naturopathic doctors, massage therapists, energy healers, health/wellness coaches) or experience in a medical office setting preferred.
Our mission is that holistic practitioners change the way our society takes care of their health instead of relying mainly on drugs. This is a temporary position while our main receptionist is on vacation. If your performance is excellent we can use you in the near future. Work in a supportive environment.
Work approximately 20 hrs./week, 5 days/week, Mon, Wed, Fridays 11:30am – 4pm. Tues, Thursday s 10am – 1pm. Schedule may vary depending on our workload.
What You Will Be Doing/Role Description:
1. Answering phone calls – a pleasant voice a plus!
2. Scheduling patients
3. Preparing treatment rooms
Requirements:
*Office assistant/front desk receptionist/manager or Marketing/Sales experience.
*Computer savvy
*Strong oral communication and persuasive skills
