Job Description
We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and organized receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a vital role in ensuring families feel welcome and informed about all the services and activities our facility offers.
Responsibilities
• Greet families and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.
• Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries regarding facility hours, events, and services.
• Manage check-ins, admissions, and registrations for play sessions, parties, and events.
• Maintain an organized front desk area and ensure cleanliness.
• Process payments, issue receipts, and handle basic cash register duties.
• Assist with scheduling and bookings for birthday parties and private events.
• Provide information about facility rules, policies, and safety guidelines.
• Handle customer feedback or concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a customer service or receptionist role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using basic computer systems (e.g., Microsoft Office, POS systems).
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
