What are the responsibilities and job description for the PT Technician position at Complete Rehab QC?
Physical Therapy Tech – Fast-Paced, Rewarding Role in Chiropractic Care
Are you energized by a fast-moving environment and passionate about making a real difference in people’s lives? Our busy chiropractic and rehabilitation clinic is looking for a Physical Therapy Technician (PT Tech) who thrives under pressure, enjoys working hands-on with patients, and takes pride in being part of a team that transforms lives every day.
This is not your average desk job—this is a physically and mentally engaging role where every day brings something new. You’ll support patients through their recovery, assist providers with therapeutic care, and keep our clinic running smoothly—all while learning and growing alongside experienced professionals.
What You'll Do:
- Assist chiropractors and physical therapists during patient treatments, including therapeutic exercises, stretching, and modalities
- Support and encourage patients through physically and emotionally demanding recovery processes
- Manage treatment flow and keep multiple patients on schedule in a fast-paced environment
- Set up and maintain equipment, ensuring safety and cleanliness at all times
- Accurately document patient progress and observations under provider supervision
- Help maintain the high energy and positive atmosphere that patients rely on during their visits
What We're Looking For:
- A strong work ethic and desire to be an integral part of a high-functioning team
- Ability to stay focused, organized, and calm while juggling multiple tasks and patients
- Physical stamina and mental resilience—it’s a busy job that requires full engagement
- An upbeat, empathetic attitude and strong interpersonal communication skills
- Previous experience in a clinical or chiropractic setting is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person with a passion for healthcare
Why This Role Matters:
Our PT Techs are the backbone of the clinic. You’ll play a vital role in each patient’s recovery journey—helping them regain strength, mobility, and confidence. While the pace is demanding, the rewards are real: you'll see firsthand how your care and effort directly impact someone’s healing.
If you're ready to work hard, grow fast, and help people feel better every day—this job is for you.
