Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Kitchen Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing functional and aesthetically pleasing kitchen layouts that meet the needs of our clients. The Kitchen Designer will also play a key role in inside sales, helping to drive business growth through effective client engagement and innovative design solutions.
Duties
- Collaborate with clients to understand their kitchen renovation needs and preferences.
- Create detailed kitchen layouts using CAD software and Pro Kitchens to visualize design concepts.
- Maintain organized project documentation, including design plans, client communications, and sales records.
- Present design proposals to clients, effectively communicating ideas and incorporating feedback.
- Assist clients in selecting materials, finishes, and fixtures that align with their vision and budget.
- Conduct site measurements to ensure accurate designs that fit within the existing space.
- Stay updated on industry trends, products, and technologies to provide informed recommendations.
- Support inside sales efforts by engaging with potential customers and following up on leads.
Requirements
- Proven experience in kitchen design or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in CAD software and Pro Kitchen for creating detailed design plans.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey design concepts and collaborate with clients.
- A background in sales or experience in inside sales is a plus.
- Ability to understand layout design principles and apply them creatively in kitchen spaces.
