Production Line Supervisor
CRM is looking for an experienced Production Line Supervisor to join our team! CRM Valdosta, GA. is a successful bagging/manufacturing facility. The incumbent candidate will ensure our manufacturing line remains a smooth and efficient process by monitoring product and organizing workflows. In a fast paced environment like production, a production line Supervisor is an integral part of the manufacturing process.
Skills
- Experience in a manufacturing/bagging production line
- Experience in using various types of manufacturing machinery and tools
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Organizational and attention to detail
- Communication and interpersonal skills -Bi lingual/Spanish speaking would be helpful, not required.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations on the production line to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to safety standards.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues promptly.
- Train and Supervise line workers, ensuring they understand processes and safety protocols.
- Maintain clear communication with team members and management, fostering a bilingual environment when necessary.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely supply of materials.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $53,000.00 per year
