Job Responsibilities:

• Engage with homeowners and businesses to assess their roofing needs
• Generate leads and build relationships with potential clients
• Present roofing solutions, including repair and replacement options
• Provide accurate estimates and close sales
• Maintain excellent customer service throughout the sales process
• Stay up-to-date on roofing products and industry trends

What We're Looking For:

• Previous sales experience (roofing or home improvement experience is a plus)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build rapport with clients and close sales
• Strong self-motivation and organizational skills
• A reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
• Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and willingness to learn
