RV Parts Room Tech

Do you like to help people with their RV needs and pride yourself on accuracy? You will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service, as you engage with our customers to find the right part. You will also work with the service team to make sure they have all the right parts for the customers they are taking care of. We at Complete RV Repair LLC are looking for an experienced parts counter person to join our team that can do the following:

What you’ll do:

• Wait on customers and charge out merchandise.
• Distribute special order parts.
• Keep the parts room clear, clean and neat.
• Greet customers promptly and courteously.
• Answers telephone promptly.
• Keep customer addresses, phone numbers, etc up to date in the computer.
• Attempting sales of additional needed or related parts or accessories.
• Locating and obtaining backordered/ hard to find parts.
• Making certain that the technician or customer receives the proper part on time as promised – call customers for parts pick-up.
• Doing regular inventory cycle counts.
• Watch over office when needed.
• And other assigned tasks.

Qualifications

· High school or equivalent (Preferred)

· Driver's License (Preferred)

· US work authorization (Required)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
