As a Lead Oral Surgery Dental Assistant, you’ll be key in supporting the integration of specialty oral surgery services into general and pediatric dental offices. You’ll also provide on-site training to help improve workflow efficiency and support specialty procedure days.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and organize supplies and equipment for oral surgery procedures
- Assist the surgeon during patient care, ensuring smooth transitions between treatments
- Provide pre-operative and post-operative instructions to patients, ensuring clarity and comfort
- Build strong, professional relationships with patients, office staff, and specialists
- Handle patient inquiries as needed, addressing questions regarding treatments
