Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Lead Specialty Coordinator to join our DFW team. This role will be 40% remote and 60% in-office. The Lead Specialty Coordinator will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, coordinating specialty treatments, and ensuring the highest level of patient care. Additionally, this is an assisting position, so RDA license and assisting experience are required.
Qualifications :
- 1 years of experience as a dental treatment coordinator / front desk, with experience in oral surgery / periodontics preferred
- Comfortable with presenting dental information to patients
- Licensed RDA
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
