Job Description Job Description Bilingual Case ManagerLocation : Boston, MAHours : Fulltime Hours On Call RotationPosition RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Social Work (or related field) plus two years related work experience – preferredBilingual in SpanishCase management experienceExperience with crisis intervention regarding issues such as homelessness, mental health, substance abuse and other housing barriersValid MA driver’s licensePosition DutiesUsing Motivational Interviewing and a collaborative approach, conduct in-depth assessments to best determine the immediate client concerns and / or barriers to housingThe (RHP) must include specific goals in the areas of housing, education and training, financial management, employment and career developmentDocument and track all families’ meetings, interactions and information in the ETO (Efforts To Outcomes) database.Manage a case load of 15 to 19 familiesComplete a monthly unit inspection for each family assignedComplete quarterly client file auditEnsure that all clients receive explanation and assistance with navigating housing application processes and referral to all appropriate housing opportunitiesDevelop partnerships and collaborative relationships with internal and external service providers to ensure clients receive comprehensive servicesParticipate in the on-call weekly rotation schedule (Required)Participate in individual and group supervision as assigned by Program ManagerParticipate in all required training and professional development activitiesWork collaboratively with Development staff to participate in volunteer activities as neededPerform other tasks as requested by Program Manager, Assistant Director of Family Services and / or Director of Family ServicesObserve all program and agency rules and policiesOther duties as assigned by the Program ManagerPerform other duties as assigned.Pay Rate : $24.76 / Hour…Pay Statement and Pay Transparency Laws : rate of pay listed is on a per hour basis. You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
