Hours

• Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
  
  

Position Requirements

• MA certification (NHA or AMCA) required
• BLS – AHA or ARC
  
  

Position Duties

• Answering Phones and Taking Messages
• Process Late Letters
• Filing Property Invoices and Unit Information
• Writing Memos
• Taking minutes for designated properties
• Creating work orders
• Picking up & dropping off mail
• Distribute financial statement
• Answering tenant/ unit owner questions regarding account balances.
  
  

Pay Rate

• $25-28/ Hour – Depending on experience

You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
