Customer Service Specialist
Location:
Windham, NH
Hours:

- Monday – Friday
Job Responsibilities:
- Handling incoming calls, emails and support tickets from our customers.
- Working together with 2nd Line Support (based in Denmark) to analyze and deliver reports to Product Management regarding improvement opportunities of our products and guides.
- Handling exchanged/replaced products.
- Handling web shop orders including returns.
- Assisting with invoicing and crediting
- Other incidental work/ad hoc tasks.
- Back up coverage for Order Entry
Requirements:
- Strong professional communication skills
- Patience, positive attitude, respectful
- Excellent computer / IT skills
- Strong professional writer for client emails
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong reliability and punctuality, on-site
Pay Rate:
- $24 – 26 / Hour depending on experience

You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions. Once both qualifiers are met you must complete the enrollment packet and your benefits will start on the first of the subsequent month. . .
