We have an exceptional opportunity for a Bi-Lingual (Spanish) Inside Sales Representative to join our professional and respected Customer Service team. The ideal candidate will have 2 years prior inside sales experience in either an industrial manufacturing setting or in the metals industry. This person would also have excellent communication skills, inviting personality, and a positive attitude.

RESPONSIBILITIES
The Bi-Lingual Inside Sales Representative provides service to our customers with respect to their inquiries and their orders:
- Interfaces daily with the Outside Sales team
- Communicates with customers primarily via phone and email
- Manages transactions and relationships with assigned customer accounts
- Accurately processes customer transactions such as quotes, purchase orders, change orders, returns, etc.
- Coordinates communications as may be necessary with our production and technical departments to satisfy customer needs.
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written
- Eager to provide professional assistance to our customers
- A positive attitude and enjoys selling
- Likes being part of a team
- 2 years’ inside sales experience preferred
- Experience in manufacturing environment a plus
SKILLS:
- Strong computer skills, proficient with Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Well organized with attention to detail
