Laboratory Assistant
Location:
Framingham, MA
Hours:
- Fulltime – Monday – Friday
Position Duties:
- Receive and track all samples delivered and requested for laboratory analysis and log into sample management system
- Complete all required documentation for sample receipt following all GMP requirements and approved documents
- Maintain laboratory sample database.
- Coordinate testing priorities assigned by QC Management.
- Author shipping documents for external laboratory testing following company policy and requirements.
- Address any incoming data management and data mining needs related to analytical, microbial or molecular testing needs
- Scan and archive laboratory data
- Coordinate and manage the laboratory inventory including critical reagent program and ordering of reagents/materials.
- Assist with document periodic reviews and author SOP updates as needed.
- Point of contact for all external communications related to sample management.
- Assist in general laboratory tasks, such as daily equipment verifications and solution preparation.
- Participate in investigations and other related studies by data reporting and authoring data trending
- Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with company SOPs, Specifications, and cGMP regulations
- Practice Good Documentation and Laboratory Safety Procedures per the Standard Operating Procedures.
- Track time worked per project.
Pay Rate:
- $20 – 23/ Hour

You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
