What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Supervisor position at Complete Staffing Solutions?
We have partnered with a 20 year old commerical and HOA management company who is in need of a new Maintenance Supervisor.
The Super is responsible for upkeep on interior and exterior of properties, biulding and grounds inspections, vendor and customer relations. Properties are located in the greater Hartford area as well as Wallingford and the surrounding town.
Home office and garage is in Wallingford and stocked with all tools and materials needed to perform the position.
We are looking for a very disciplined and independent Supervisor as this is a 1 man team. Super is responsible for maintaining maintenance schedules, vendor contracts and routine reports to the Management team for building owners.
Salary of $55-70K with a schedule of 8a-5pm, with on call as needed.
The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for property inspections, maintenance, troubleshooting, maintenance and repair, vendor meetings, work order management.

Qualifications
- Basic maintenance and Repair skills – All trades
- Troubleshooting abilities
- Experience in Preventive Maintenance
- Knowledge of Maintenance practices
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Inspections, service provider management and vendor meetings
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus

You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions. Once both qualifiers are met you must complete the enrollment packet and your benefits will start on the first of the subsequent month. . .
