As Manufacturing Engineer you develop and implement optimal, cost-effective manufacturing processes and methods in accordance with product specifications and quality standards; you recommend and implement improvements to our production processes, methods and controls; coordinate manufacturing launches for new or revised products.
The Successful Applicant
The successful Manufacturing Engineer will have the following background :
5 years of experience in the Medical Device industry or another highly regulated environment
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering
Strong background with Solidworks for assembling drawings and modeling
Familiarity with shop machines such as small mills, drill presses, lathes, etc.
Experience with new production introduction and creating processes on the manufacturing floor
Experience writing and executing test protocols
Experience working hands-on in a highly regulated environment
