Marketing Coordinator (Remote)

Hiring for a remote Marketing Coordinator for a healthcare facility based out of Boston. 
Pay rate: $19-20/hr

Description:

The Marketing Inventory Coordinator helps with key aspects of the marketing process to ensure our members are provided with their benefits and the marketing operations team is supported on their day-to-day tasks.
The main responsibility is data entry and validation of submitted information aiding in the fulfillment of the member extras requests and member extras reimbursements, with additional support for marketing materials and member benefit items.
Responsibilities
• Data entry to enable fulfillment of member extras requests by processing data, researching history and approving requests.
• Fulfills member incentive items including activities supporting the preparation and shipping of items and coordination with Member Services to ensure all items are delivered quickly.
• Responds to Member Services representative’s inquiries related to member extras timely.
• Develops and maintains ordering and timely fulfillment of Plan member extras, ensuring quality and brand standards are met.
• Assists in reimbursement decisions and payments for member incentive programs as needed.
• Other tasks supporting the Marketing department team as needed.

Education Required
High school diploma

Preferred Experience
• Previous data entry experience
• Previous work in fast-paced environment with minimum supervision

• Strong data entry ability
• Good communication skills including written and speaking skills
• Detail oriented.

Working Conditions and Physical Effort
• Work is normally performed remotely at your home office. Need to have reliable internet and a private space to perform your job at your home office.
