Master Scheduling & Inventory Manager

Owns master scheduling for ETO/CTO, ensuring alignment between demand forecasts, orders plan, and production scheduling. Leads rough-cut capacity planning, balancing labor and machine constraints while ensuring inventory policies (min/max) support production needs. Develops and implements PFEP to align material flow, inventory strategy, and supplier readiness with demand and production requirements. Drives supplier forecasting for both materials and outsourced components, ensuring procurement and supplier capacity planning are informed by the demand plan.
