Busy Ophthalmology practice looking for:
Ophthalmology Tech OR LPN with Ophthalmology or ambulatory experience!
Guilford AND Madison, CT
- $30/hr
- Contract role to start
- Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm and
- 1-2 years of experience preferred as Ophthalmology Tech
- AMBULATORY / OUTPATIENT Exp – Heavily Preferred
- State of CT LPN cert REQUIRED
Responsibilities- Obtain and assess vital signs, patient history, medications and other pertinent demographic information and log all data into records
- Triage phone calls according to practice policies
- Pre-fill Lido/Epi for overflow, labeled and dated
- Provide date, time and patient info on all consent forms
- Report directly to Nurse Manager or Charge Nurse
Required Education, Experience, and Skills
- License as Practical Nurse in the state of Connecticut
- Active Ophthalmology Tech cert
…Pay Statement and Pay Transparency Laws: rate of pay listed is on a per hour basis. You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
