Recruiter

• Temporary Recruiter role, 4 – 6 week assignment
• Minimum of 25 hours, Maximum of 30 hours per week (Monday through Friday, regular business hours)
• Location is in Dover, DE (Governor’s Avenue)
• Hybrid role with a minimum of 3 days in office; they can otherwise work remotely (we will provide them with a laptop and cell phone)
• QUALIFICATIONS
• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent, required (but a BA is highly preferred!)
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work with high volume processing
• Preference for candidates with a background in healthcare, Human Services, and/or I/DD
• RESPONSIBILITIES
• Only processing candidate management in the ATS (DayForce)
• Phone screens
• Routing to Managers for interview
• Processing offer letters

…Pay Statement and Pay Transparency Laws: rate of pay listed is on a per hour basis. You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
