Hours: Monday – Friday with one holiday per year rotation; 8:00am – 4:30pm

- Travel: Driving on average 3 or more times per week required
- Territory will vary but patients will be scheduled in the same region for the same day- patients are located from East providence all the way to Buzzards Bay
- This position would require both Ma and RI license and would cover towns in both states
- The RI towns would include Aquidneck island, east bay areas and surround MA towns
- Will touch base with the manager weekly (flex on day and time) in Fairhaven.
- First handful of weeks will consist of a ride along mentorship
- SLP will be provided with company supplies, laptop & cell phone
- 5 patients a day- mileage reimbursement between patients homes tracked via app on their phone.
- Caseload is typically 55 , therapy for patients recovering from a stroke, surgery, cancer or suffering from dementia/Alzheimer’s
- Masters Degree in Speech Language Pathology is required.
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-ASHA) from the American Speech/Language & Hearing Association is required.
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with various software, database and electronic records programs is required.
- Two (2) years of related experience in the field of Speech Therapy is required.
- Home care experience preferred.
Salary : $50 - $65
