Busy Manufacturing company looking to add to their network / server tech support team. This is a direct hire role, full-time hours, starting salary ranging from $50-55k.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Provide technical phone support to customers in the diagnosis, troubleshooting and repair of network based issues for our product lines. Over the phone as well as remote troubleshooting support.
  • Provide technical consultations to customers and field-based sales and clinical support team about hardware, software and networking requirements and recommendations

KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / ABILITIES :

  • Bachelor’s degree in technologies or equivalent in-depth specialized technical training / experience.
  • Looking for three (3) to five (5) years of recent hands-on experience in an IT and / or networking support role.
  • Must have experience in troubleshooting system integration and system compatibility issues.

    • Looking for people experienced in network & server support AND also have had some hands on electronics repair & troubleshooting. Very helpful to have the hands on experience when troubleshooting with someone over the phone.

    IN Office during initial 6 months training period (could be earlier) then Hybrid options offered.
