Complete Technology Services is looking for an Intern to join our growing team!
Complete Technology Services (CTS) is a managed service provider supporting the technology needs of businesses.
Complete Technology Services has developed a paid internship program that provides you the opportunity to experience everything you learned in school but in a real-life, fast-paced setting. This three-month program allows you to experience different aspects of the IT service world - helping you to
further define your career path.
Position Overview
- The internship will consist of three rotations over a 90-day period.
- Rotations:
- 1: Helpdesk
- Rotation 2: Microsoft 365
- Rotation 3: Buildroom/Onboarding
- You will spend 30 days in each rotation learning and getting hands-on experience with a myriad of processes, including but not limited to:
- PSA Software
- Time Coding
- RMM Tool
- Security
- Migrations
- WDS
- Azure
- BDR
- PC Builds
Qualifications
- A passion for technology
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management tasks at a time while maintaining high attention to detail
- Extremely detail-oriented and appreciates people who take an organized, systematic approach to achieving success
- Interest in working for a small company where your input, contributions, and ideas will directly impact the company’s growth and success
- Strong written and verbal skills
Education
- Certificate of Completion from Centriq in Systems and Security Administration
