Project Coordinator/Manager
Complete Technology Services is looking for a Project Coordinator/Manager to join our growing team!
Complete Technology Services (CTS) is a managed service provider supporting the technology needs of businesses around the Midwest.
The Project Coordinator/Manager will be responsible for dispatching and coordinating project implementations of Complete Technology’s growing client base.
Position Overview
- Lead project design meetings and propose process improvements as necessary
- Evaluate and prioritize projects timelines to ensure projects are completed on time and on budget
- Supervise current projects and coordinate all team members to keep workflow on track
- Provide superior customer service demonstrating professionalism, helpfulness, and care to all customers
- Direct project correspondences by preparing and reviewing project proposals, memos, meeting minutes and emails
- Review Project Ticket and Time Entries for accuracy and coach staff on correction as necessary
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Solid understanding of technology terms and acronyms
- Experience leading technology project implementations
- Experience working with timekeeping/allocation across business units
- Superior customer service skills and ability to accurately relay information between clients and technical staff
- Solid written and oral communication skills
- Solid documentation and reporting skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong organizational, analytical and prioritization skills
Physical Demands
- Some after hours and weekend work may be necessary
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
