You will be responsible for at least 30 day out contact, contacting vendors, formulating a timeline/schedule, wedding day activities, and more. Whether it's a wedding, corporate event, or milestone celebration, you'll be responsible for ensuring that everything runs smoothly from start to finish. This flexible part-time role is perfect for professionals, college students, or anyone looking to gain valuable experience in the event industry.
Pay is typically based on experience; with the starting rate being $20 an hr for most. Most weddings are on Saturdays and most shifts are 6-12 hours depending on the package selected by the client. Experience is preferred in the wedding and event field; however, we will train the right candidates. We hire attitude first!
