Complete Weddings Events is a National leading provider of Event and Wedding Photography, Videography, Lighting, DJ, Coordination, and Photo Booth. We perform at thousands of events annually nationwide. Currently Complete Weddings Events in the Greater Michiana area is hiring:
Wedding Coordinator
We are looking for energetic, fun, and organized people for our coordination team in Michiana and surrounding areas. Experience is preferred in the wedding and event field; however, we will train the right candidates. We hire attitude first! We are a part of the most amazing days in peoples' lives, and we want to be the calm, the happy, and the fun!
Weddings are typically Friday- Sundays with the occasional weeknight. You can choose your availability if you are a current coordinator or work full time.
Pay ranges based on experience. Most weddings are on Saturdays and most shifts are 8-12 hours depending on the package selected by the client.
You will be responsible for 30 day out contact, contacting vendors, formulating a timeline, entering client data in the planning software, and coordinating the rehearsal and wedding day activities.
