All departments are responsible for preparing and fulfilling orders as necessary, helping in all areas of the department, maintaining a clean and functioning work area, and communicating diligently with coworkers and management.
Position: UV Printer Operator
A UVP Operator is responsible for operating printers to personalize a variety of products. We are looking for a candidate that has experience operating both small and large format UV printers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Review designs and upload them to printer software
- Select product from batch based on customer order and load into printer
- Operate printer to personalize product
- Once printing is complete, check product for accuracy and quality before sending it to be packaged
- Assist Packagers as needed
- Assist other departments as needed
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to follow procedures to safely operate machinery
- Ability to use computers and software to operate machines
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- At least one year experience in a production and/or warehouse environment required
- At least one year operating a UV printer or similar printer required
- Experience in Canva, Photoshop and other photo and design editing software a plus
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of working on feet, using tools, and performing repetitive actions that entail frequent bending or stooping.
- Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds at a time.
- Visual acuity to read instructions and operate computers
