We are looking for a Room Leader to work in a nursery based in Marlow. The salary is up to £31,000 depending on qualifications and experience. There are some great benefits such as on site parking, training, vouchers, childcare discounts and annual pay increases.

As a Nursery Room Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring high quality care and a fun and warm environment is provided to the children. You will be supporting the development and growth of the Nursery Practitioners in your room, providing clear communication to the parents and creating exciting activities for the children.

You will be mentoring and supporting the team within your room to deliver great care and education to the children in your care. You will be creating a stimulating environment with engaging activities for the children creating good relationships with the staff, parents and management team reporting on both staff and children’s progression

This is an excellent opportunity to work in childcare, providing care and support to the under 5s and creating a fun and happy environment for the children to play and learn. The role includes play work, activities, support with feeding, personal care and supporting the staff team with daily tasks and reporting.

Benefits
