Duties/Responsibilities
Introductory Safety Training on the following:
- Serve as a helper on the line, under the direction of Chem. Tech. II, III, Process Technologist, and/or Supervision/Management.
- Rock, wash, and run parts as directed.
- Conduct inspections of parts before, during, and after chemical processing to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
- Verify chemical bath concentrations and ensure they are within acceptable limits.
- Monitor processing equipment and report any irregularities or malfunctions to supervisors.
Introductory Safety Training on the following:
- HAZCOM (ann. renewal)
- HAZWOPER Operator Level
- Hazard Specific Communication
- Manual Material Handling
- Training to operate SST line
- Training to manage waste treatment
- HAZWOPER Technician Level
- LOTO - Affected Employees
- Machine guarding and tool safety
- Fire Prevention Awareness
- Emergency First Aid and CPR
- Training to operate AI line
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Able to lift up to 30 lbs.
- Ability to wear PPE as required.
