Duties/Responsibilities
- Independently process parts on the SST line and Aluminum Line (AI).
- Independently manage waste treatment area.
- Able to independently operate waste treatment area.
- Able to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Demonstrated ability to serve as lead person, particularly on off-shifts.
- Certified to operate SST line independently.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in directly applicable chemical processes: cleaning, anodization, plating, etc.
- Introductory Safety Training on the following:
- HAZCOM (ann. renewal)
- HAZWOPER Operator Level
- Hazard Specific Communication
- Manual Material Handling
- Training to operate SST line
- Training to manage waste treatment
- HAZWOPER Technician Level
- LOTO - Affected Employees
- Machine guarding and tool safety
- Fire Prevention Awareness
- Emergency First Aid and CPR
- Training to operate AI line
- Able to lift up to 30 lbs.
- Ability to wear PPE as required.
