Responsibilities
- Greet and check in patients, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
- Field patient phone calls, providing information and assistance to patients and other callers.
- Handle patient referrals
- Perform data entry accurately and efficiently
- Manage patient records, schedule appointments, and handle correspondence.
- Collaborate and communicate with clinical staff to ensure seamless patient care
- Provide exceptional customer service to all individuals
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus
- Flexibility in scheduling to meet the needs of the clinic and our patients
As part of our commitment to professional development, there is potential for the role to expand to include Medical Assistant-Registered (MA-R) duties as the clinic grows.
