Demonstrated knowledge of our credit union's brand, policies, and procedures is essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure adequate staffing levels at the branch on a daily basis
- Oversee the management of branch cash vaults, including proper storage and movement of cash
- Order money as directed by management
- Provide coaching and guidance to teller staff as needed
- Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures
- Foster strong relationships with members, listening to their concerns and addressing their needs
- Perform teller duties, including pulling drawers and serving members, as necessary
Supervisory experience and system knowledge are highly valued, with a strong track record of accuracy. Previous experience and a good credit history are also required. We expect candidates to be professional, discreet, and able to work well with others in a way that reflects our brand values. Low absenteeism and a consistent attendance record are essential.
